Materials

Standard construction is tough stainless steel with abrasion resistant
chromium plating.

NOTE: Due to the shape of LaserScreen slots
Average slot width = 0.83 x nominal slot width
Nominal slot width is measured at the widest point of the slot.

Custom Designed Screen Options

• Height of unperforated impact zone to suit needs
• Specific slot size / open area combinations
• Dual % open area for long life and controlled curing

• Different number of segments per set for ease of cleaning when
  bagacillo / scale is severe

Grinding Screens

Tough stainless steel,
Optional hard chrome coating.

These screens are TOUGH !

• Aperture sizes in the range 0.05mm to 0.6mm
• Stainless steel with chrome coating to your specifications.
• Thickness up to 3mm thick depending on screen size and perforation.
• Un-perforated areas for ease of welding or cleaning.
• High taper circular holes or slots to prevent blocking.
• Sharp perforation edges to grind fast and efficiently.

Gas Sparging Tubes

• Thin wall tubes up to 140mm diameter can be perforated.
  Note: the working face will be on the inside of the tube (ID).
• Circular Hole diameters usually between 0.1 mm and 0.6 mm .
• Wall thicknesses dependent on commercially available tubes.

Perforated Titanium
